We listen, act, and transform
I have been practicing as a licensed social worker with children, adolescents and families since 2008. I received my Bachelors of Social Work and Fine Art in 2007. I then practiced as a bachelor level social worker for four years with foster children and families in Baltimore City. After completing an internship providing therapy to children and families who experienced trauma, I completed an Advanced Standing Graduate Program.
I have experience with individual and family therapy for clients ages two through adulthood. In addition, I have expertise with treatment resistant adolescents through the use of creative, experiential strategies.
I believe in the use of an eclectic approach to therapy in order to individualize treatment for each client. This is accomplished by drawing from the theoretical frameworks of internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic theory.
